Ning is a catering, party and hospitality service for central Manchester, now establishing a presence in the Northern Quarter with our canteen|café|restaurant in Oldham Street. Owned and operated by fledgling business Urban8 Limited, we live and breathe the Northern Quarter and aim to bring new ideas to a new generation of urbanites.

Norman Musa leads Ning. He is an experienced cook, bringing inventive ideas and contemporary style to his native Malaysian food. He aims to fuse the best of Western quality and presentation style with authentic, home-cooked cuisine from across South East Asia. He has previously run a restaurant in South East London and regularly caters for corporate companies, friends and family. Norman can also provide creative direction to interior design and floral arrangements. His imaginative floral designs and other touches have enthralled many partygoers.
