Ning proprietors Norman Musa and Andy Spracklen are passionate about Malaysian food. As part of our commitment to influencing a Malaysian food revolution in the UK, we are now offering consultancy services in restaurant planning, management and promotion.
We are currently working with first-time restaurateurs in London and East Midlands, drawing on our own experience and learning curve over the last 4 years.
Norman's expertise in menu development, kitchen planning & interior design, and cost planning, complements Andy's experience in concept & branding, planning & regulations, and marketing & PR.
Ning is a founding member of the Malaysian Restaurants Association UK, and actively involved in the Malaysia Kitchen campaign.

Andy Spracklen's background is as an urbanist and can provide an innovative consultancy service that spans urban planning and food culture.
Working with places or businesses, Andy acts as a navigator, developing strategies that take stakeholders and business owners on a clear journey. As a coach, he guides and motivates the champions of change to achieve their vision.
Andy is an Academician and former Communications Advisor of The Academy of Urbanism.
