STOP PRESS: Ning cookery school* featured in BBC Good Food magazine February 2012 issue.

Our Executive Chef, Malaysian celebrity Norman Musa, personally runs most of our cookery events. When he set up the Cookery School, Norman’s aim was to teach local people the secrets of the Malaysian home cooking he grew up with and this ambition continues today.

New for 2012, Norman will be leading themed masterclasses that will delve into different aspects of Malaysia's wonderfully diverse cuisine.

Originally the only restaurant in the area offering cookery classes, we continue to pride ourselves on being the only Malaysian cookery school in the North West to this day. We attract budding cooks from not just the city and region but all over the UK, Ireland & even other parts of Europe.

Our cookery classes and events demonstrate our passion for Malaysian food and culture and, without exception, our 'students' have loved it.
