WHEN? We will be hosting our first-ever culinary tour of Malaysia, being scheduled for January 2013.

We are very excited here at Ning - the UK's most innovative Malaysian restaurant - to announce the bringing to life of our book and cookery classes through a real-life tour of Malaysia and its culinary delights.
Ranging from rustic to modern and off-the-beaten track to Malaysian icons, the tour will be a unique, 'behind the scenes' experience of Malaysia and its amazing cuisine - of which there will be plenty, from farm to restaurant!
Our celebrity chef and author of our book 'Malaysian Food' Norman Musa will be leading key parts of the tour, which will be hosted by business partner and book editor Andy Spracklen.
We promise that you will not find any such tour of Malaysia quite like this one!
