Experience the passion and diversity of Malay cuisine, hands on!

Classes last approximately 4 hours and comprise of a workshop-style introduction to the culture, food and kitchen essentials of Malaysia, followed by a full practical session in the Ning kitchen with our Head Chef Norman Musa and visiting tutor.

The class concludes with a family-style Malay meal of the 4-5 dishes you cook yourself.
