ningbespoke sample menu The following menu is a typical cocktail buffet. We are happy to discuss any special requests with you. The menu provides a range of meat and Vegetarian options and are served on attractive platters by our waiting staff. Each item is designed to be eaten without the need for cutlery, enabling guests to mingle and drink with others freely. Cocktail plates and serviettes can however be provided for guests who require them. 1. Chicken Satay – Skewered chicken marinated in selected spices served with peanut sauce. 2. Rice Cracker Delish (V) – Sun dried tomato, roasted courgette, dill and houmous served on rice cracker 3.
