The following menu is a typical cocktail buffet. We are happy to discuss any special requests with you. The menu provides a range of meat and Vegetarian options and are served on attractive platters by our waiting staff.

Each item is designed to be eaten without the need for cutlery, enabling guests to mingle and drink with others freely. Cocktail plates and serviettes can however be provided for guests who require them.

1. Chicken Satay – Skewered chicken marinated in selected spices served with peanut sauce.

2. Rice Cracker Delish (V) – Sun dried tomato, roasted courgette, dill and houmous served on rice cracker

3. Beef Rendang Tortilla Wraps – Authentic Malaysian beef curry with fresh vegetable wrapped in tortillas

4. Salmon Herb Parcel – Marinated salmon wrapped in rice paper with selected fresh herbs

5. Quail Eggs Cocktail – Quail eggs skewered with tomato cherry, basil and olive

6. Bruschetta (V) – Roasted red pepper, mozzarella and basil served on bruschetta

7. Teriyaki Chicken – Marinated chicken grilled served with vegetable

8. Vegetable Platter with Houmous (V) – Freshly cut celery, carrots, cucumber, cherry tomato and peppers

9. Tempura King Prawn – Battered king prawn marinated in herbs served with dipping sauce

10. Stuffed Tofu (V) – Tofu with sage, onion and selected herbs filling

Fruit

A selection of fresh Mediterranean and Tropical fruit served in a specially crafted ‘FRUIT BOAT’.

Sweets

1. Banana cake topped with fruit
2. Marble and jelly layered cake
3. Chocolate fondue
