Looking for the ultimate cookery experience?

We offer private cookery classes with our Malaysian Executive Chef, Norman Musa which give you the opportunity to experience the diversity of Malaysian cuisine hands on!

Each private class is tailored to meet your exact requirements, allowing you to learn about specific areas of the cuisine and also different techniques.

Each private cookery class includes :-

  • 3-4 hours expert tuition from our award nominated Executive Chef.
  • All ingredients and handouts.
  • Meal of the dishes prepared.
  • Tuition of 4 authentic Malaysian dishes.
  • The opportunity to learn about specific aspects of Malaysian cooking depending on what you are interested in.
  • A fascinating introduction on Malaysian food and culture.
  • Insight into where to buy the best ingredients to cook Malaysian dishes as well as recommended preparation techniques.
  • Complimentary recipe card from Norman's cookbook, Malaysian Food - a collection of my favourite dishes and the inspiration behind them.
