At Ning we know that cooking is a rewarding and engaging activity, perfect for colleagues or clients looking for a bespoke approach to your teambuilding and staff event needs.Our cookery events are hosted by our F1 Head Chef Norman Musa who demonstrates the basics of Malaysian cooking in a way that will keep everyone entertained, whilst you learn how to cook and eat some fantastic Malaysian dishes.

We adapt our cookery events to meet the specific needs of your business. It might be that you want your event to be relaxed and informative or you may want to be a little more competitive and show off your skills with a Malaysian style Cook Off!

Prices* for a group or corporate cookery event start from £75* per person with the UK's leading Malaysian chef Norman Musa! Discounted rates available for first-time customers and 'express' classes.

Prices* include the following:

• Exclusive use of our restaurant for your event (outside of service hours; evenings POA)
• Tuition and hosting from our Chef of the Year finalist & Formula One Chef, Norman Musa.
• Tuition of 2 to 4 classic Malaysian dishes (depending on price per person) of Starter, Main Course and Dessert followed by a sit down lunch or dinner of the dishes prepared.
• Complimentary accompaniments with your meal.
• Certificate to show you have completed our Malaysian cookery class.
• Complimentary Malaysian goody bag (£100+ options only) which may include further information on Malaysian cooking, culture and travel, recipe cards from our Malaysian cookbook and sample spices (Connossieur option only) for you to use at home.
